TECHNOLOGIESUP + DOWN
Faber have developed F-LIGHT technology for island cooker hoods, which allow the hood to move up + down between the hob and the ceiling. When not in use the extractor unit nestles up to the ceiling, disguised as beautiful light fitting. When cooking begins, the extractor can be lowered towards the cooking area at the touch of the remote control in order to capture cooking fumes and steam more effectively in an island kitchen setting.
REMOTE CONTROL
The hood is supplied with a remote control to activate the motor settings, lighting and all other functions of the hood. The remote control is magnetic, which allows it to be kept in handy position so that you can always easily find it.
PERIMETER ASPIRATION
Perimeter extraction technology allows the hood to extract air from a greater area, allowing the hob to be wider than the hood. The grease filters are covered by a decorative panel and are surrounded by the thin perimeter extraction point, which extracts air quickly and effectively with 25% less perceived noise out put than standard grease filters.
INTENSIVE SPEED
The intensive speed function increases the motor speed to the highest setting for 6 minutes to clear cooking odours and steam before reverting back to the previous setting.
DELAY 30
The delayed switch off function keeps the hood running for 30 minutes after cooking has finished to clean the air and remove steam and cooking odours.
HOUR 24
The hour 24 function activates the hood on the lowest setting for 10 minutes every hour for 24 hours or until the function is deactivated. This is to allow regular cleansing of the kitchen air with minimal disruption.

The Nest Plus is a true Faber design classic: an elegantly striking island cooker hood. An exquisite glass chandelier sits against the ceiling, within which the extractor unit hangs to be lowered towards the hob when needed. The stainless steel extractor unit houses a powerful motor as well as micro LED lighting. The Nest Plus also has a secondary light point within the outer chandelier section, which is connected to the existing kitchen lighting. The Nest Plus is supplied as a recirculating cooker hood with charcoal filters, however it is possible to connect the Nest Plus to external ducting with the addition of the F-Light ducting kit accessory . A remote control is used to activate the hood motor as well as control the lighting and bring the hood up and down towards the hob.
