Delivery Time Frames

Delivery time frames are stated on the individual product page. The only guaranteed delivery time frames are for products we have in stock which are clearly labelled. For all other products, delivery time frames are an estimate based on past average delivery time frames. If we do not have the product in stock we cannot guarantee the delivery frame. If in doubt please contact us

Please note working days only include Monday through to Friday and do not include Bank or other Public holidays.

Once we have an item in stock we will deliver within a week. We cannot delay delivery for more than 2 weeks from time the product is in stock. If you require late delivery for example after 6 weeks we will charge £5 a week per product to store in our warehouse.

Receiving Deliveries - Large Appliances

Customers must unbox and check appliances thoroughly on delivery. If damaged, the appliance can then be refused and a replacement arranged quickly.

If it is not possible to check the appliances immediately, the delivery notes must be marked Unchecked before signing.

By default deliveries can only be delivered to the ground floor. Any complicated deliveries need to be agreed with us to make sure they are possible. An extra charge may be payable for more complex deliveries as the delivery cost only covers transportation to your doorstep. A standard delivery cost does not include carrying products up or down stairs, removing doors and so on. If you have any queries, please check with us before placing your order.

As every delivery costs money - you will be charged if there is no one to accept and sign for the delivery. This charge depends on the number of products being delivered and their size.

As an online company we are unable to perform household surveys hence it is the customers responsibility to ensure an appliance of any size can be delivered into the property or room of choice.

If the appliance does not fit into the property you shall be liable for a failed delivery charge.

If the delivery address falls under a parking permit scheme in which parking is not allowed during the time of delivery, we must be notified. Failure to notify us and if we are issued with a parking ticket we are liable to pass on this cost to the customer.

Delivery times are from 8am - 8pm. The courier will e-mail/sms you an 4 hour time slot atleast the day before delivery and will call 1 hour before delivery.

Receiving Deliveries - Small Appliances

Small products in stock will be sent out by our courier (Interlink) and delivery should be achieved within 3 working days, if the item is in stock. The courier cannot leave parcels without a signature. Please do not ask for products to be left in porches, garages or sheds. You can request for the parcel to be left with a neighbour but this will be at the discretion of the courier driver.

If you are not in, the courier will leave a card advising you have missed the delivery. You can then re-arrange another delivery by calling the number on the card or arrange to collect the parcel from your local depot. If you do not call the number, the courier will attempt a second delivery the following working day. If you are not in for that one, then further requests or attempts for delivery will be chargeable.

Very small products like accessories are sent using Royal Mail. Items in stock are dispatched within 48 hours but can take up to 5 working days for Royal Mail to deliver them.

Delivery times are from 8am - 6pm. You will receive an e-mail the day before with tracking information allowing you to track to a 1-hour time slot

Engineer Bookings

We will not be liable for any engineer booking charges due to late deliveries. Do not book an engineer until we have delivered an appliance.
