About Bertazzoni

This Italian family company provides high-class products by combining the two traditions of culinary craft and engineering skill. The Bertazzoni company begun in 1882 when Francesso Bertazzoni noted wood burning stoves arrive in his hometown of Guastalla, Italy. Francesso and his son began to create stoves for the locals, which soon proved popular, and the company quickly became a success across Italy. In 1955 Betazzoni were one of the first to produce gas stoves and in 1958 these were created along with an oven. From 1959 the company began to expand across Europe and in 2005 the company began producing products in the United States. Nowadays, Bertazzoni are a successful and well respected company, supplying top-quality products to sixty countries.

As well as high quality, Bertazzoni strive to ensure production of appliances that are environmentally friendly, with ranges, cooktops, cooker hoods and accessories being manufactured with mainly recyclable materials, such as stainless steel and other metals, as well as few plastic parts.
